David has been immersed in real estate starting at a young age. His first involvement began as a market analyst under a licensed team with Coldwell Banker, a national leader in the real estate industry. David drove the streets of Tampa familiarizing himself with residential neighborhoods and intersections while surveying active, pending and sold listings.
After a few years in the online marketing world, David acquired his license in real estate and joined Coldwell Banker Residential as a Sales Associate where he recorded nearly $4 million in sales in his first year apart of a top producing team with $200 million in total sold properties. Within that year, David was relied on heavily for his expertise in online marketing contributing toward The Wertz Group's quick and effective process to sell homes.
